So, another S Patrick's day in Dublin has gone..........
Today I woke up a bit earlier then one year ago....but i didnt consider i had to wait for kavi to get ready (since when it s the woman waiting for the boy get ready?????!!!!Am i living in a new world???????)
We finally went out at 12:20.....it s useless to say that the streets were already overcrowded..... after walking walking and walking looking for a good place through all the people, we eventually ended up to stop in front of the Abbey School.....hoping nobodyelse could decide to stop just in front of us....
The show was really exciting...and interesting too....a lot of people took part the parade....from the council major to a man dressed like a priest (with a pint of guinness in his hand....:-))
A lot of colours and wonderful mask...last year the thyme was the fantasy, this one was animals...(well I supposed...)
Lucky us the weather was good, even if after 3 o'clock it started being a bit cold....Kavi and I just walked around looking for a place to eat...well everywhere was really full, no place to stop and seat....people and people in every street, with green cap or Irish flag on....so we decided just to buy something and to go home....
and at home we watch all the parade again on tv...this time in a confortable way: seated on the sofa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
